Reiki Circles
Reiki circles are held on the first Wednesday of the month at 7:30 pm
Our Reiki circles are open to all who have had at least a Level I attunement.
Fee is by donation to our Share the Light Fund.

New Moon Manifesting Meditations
The energy of the moon is distinctly different during each of its eight phases. Each cycle has a role in facilitating creation and manifesting. New moon energy assists us to create a vision. Beginning in August, we will meet each month to create first our vision of world peace and then focus on our personal goals and growth. With sacred intention, prayer, Reiki if you are attuned and joined consciousness, our visions become our reality. Please plan to arrive 15 minutes early to settle in and set your intention. Fee by donation to our Share the Light Fund.

The ebb and flow of human life is intimately linked to the cycles of Nature. Together, we will move through the Wheel of the Year, exploring the energy, ritual and lore associated with each season.
Crystal Therapy for Winter Blues
Sunday, February 28 1pm-4pm Diana Rose Class fee:$35
Crystals can be powerful allies for our healing and well being. This class will be a hands on experience, working with crystals to help alleviate those winter blues so common in the Hudson Valley. Crystals can elevate our spirits, and help to bring positive energy into our lives. Please bring pillows and blankets if possible.
Reiki I Instruction
March 6 (full), March 21, May 23 10am-5pm Jody Cleveland, RN, Reiki Master Teacher, Karuna Reiki Master Teacher
Class fee: $100
This class covers the history of Reiki and its uses, hand positions, scanning, chakras and Reiki techniques. Energy flow exercises and guided meditations will be utilized. A Level I attunement is received and each student will give and receive a full Reiki treatment.
Reiki II
March 7, April 18, May 23 10am-5pm Jody Cleveland, RN, Reiki Master Teacher, Karuna Reiki Master Teacher
Class fee: $125
This class will cover the sacred Reiki symbols, chakra balancing, history taking and client confidentiality. We will do a guided meditation to meet your Reiki guide. You will receive a Level II attunement and each student will give and receive a full Reiki treatment utilizing the Reiki symbols.

Spring Equinox Celebration

Welcome Spring! Spring arrives this year at 1:32pm March 20. We will meet at 1pm for drumming, rattling and chanting to celebrate this season of new growth, beginnings and balance. At the time of the equinox, we will perform an egg ritual, demonstrating the balance of this day. Please note that this is an outdoor event that will take place rain, shine or....................snow.
Shamanic Journey for Earth Hour

Join us as we drum, rattle, chant and journey to honor the Earth. On Earth Hour hundreds of millions of people around the world will come together to call for action on climate change by doing something quite simple—turning off their lights for one hour. The movement symbolizes that by working together, each of us can make a positive impact in this fight, protecting our future and that of future generations. We will begin our new series of crystals classes with a guided meditation into the realm of crystal healing and then create a crystal journal to use as a healing tool and reference during our journey. All supplies included in cost of class.
Pet Readings with Karen McCormack
Sunday, April 11 12noon-5pm
Come and join us for a day dedicated to strengthening the bonds with and gaining insights into the thoughts and feelings of your animal companions. Karen is a gifted animal communicator who has shared an amazing bond with animals since she was a child. Currently working locally as an animal artist, groomer and Veterinary Technician, she is able to sense their happiness, sadness and needs. Please have your animal companion leashed or in a carrier with all vaccinations current before bringing them to meet Karen. While Karen enjoys meeting your companions, she can also work from a photograph if your pet is not feeling social. This is an outdoor event which will take place rain or shine. Reading are approximately 15 minutes, fee is $20, a portion of which will be donated to the Dutchess County SPCA. We will also be collecting canned food to donate to local animal shelters. Crystal Healings with Diana Rose
Sunday, May 2 12noon-5pm Class fee $45
A full afternoon of crystal healing layouts with emphasis on healing and clearing the chakras. This experiential class will begin with a guided meditation to determine which energy centers may be in need of balancing.

Reiki class schedule and registration
It is one of our greatest joys to teach Reiki. Our Reiki classes are designed to give our students the opportunity to learn and share Reiki in a supportive and nurturing environment. All class fees include a manual and all class days will afford you the opportunity to practice the skills you have learned. We respectfully request that you register at least two weeks in advance so that we will have enough manuals on hand for all. A deposit of 50% is necessary to hold your space for Reiki classes.
